I live in New Jersey, In filing my NJ state claim online this past Monday 12/20/2010, it had a "special message" saying "benefits exhausted". I read that transitioning to Tier 1 extended benefits was filed automatically by your state, and to check my mail for a letter explaining it all. In trying to find out more, I came across "qualifiying dates on the njui site that said original benifits would have had to end by November 2010 to qualify for tier 1? Did I fall through some gap?
