Excellent article, but for those of us that have been looking for work, it's nothing we didn't already know. I especially liked the part (see quote below) about people who aren't out of work feeling superior.

Those that are currently working and those that were fortunate enough to find a job in this exceptionally difficult job market often see themselves as superior, not as simply more fortunate.
