Hello,

Just have a question. I was laid off a job that I started Dec 5th 2016 on Jan 8th 2017....I was laid off, it was a start up company that just could not afford to pay a certain dept anymore (even though they pretty much said before I take the job that no matter what I would have at least 90 days) So prior to this job I was at the same job from 2011 to end of Nov 2015....that was the last job and was able to collect UE from that time to May 2016..... I ended up breaking my leg and did not start a new job till Dec 5th. So I applied again and going by base period year I did make about 16k in the quater ending 12/31/2015 I think the period was from Oct/ 01/2015- Dec-31-2015.....So I prob only worked 8 weeks but made close to 16K....would I qualify or does it have to be both 20 weeks and over 8,400(something like that)

Thanks for any help
