I am working on landing a job, and the employer gave me a test project to do. He paid me for my time and I'm turning in a W-9 for it. I have a couple of questions.

I do have to report this on my next payment request right?

Will it delay my unemployment at all?

My benefit payments are about 3.5 times the amount that I earned on this test project. How much will they deduct from my next payment?

Yes, you have to report those earnings the week you actually worked, not when you get paid. Chances are you won't experience a delay.
not
CO website does not state a partial benefit formula. Assume it will be a dollar for dollar offset, worst case. In other words, if your benefit is $400, you earn $150, your benefit will be $250.

It could be better than that. Some states will gross up your weekly benefit by a percentage and then deduct weekly earnings from that. Other states will deduct anywhere from 50-75% of your earnings from your benefit.
