My balance was updated last night from 0 to the 11 weeks but it will not let me claim. Does anyone have any idea when we can claim and receive this week's payment? I know a lot if other people are in the same boat. Thanks in advance...

Tuesday is my normal day. I tried last night and didn't go have any luck. Can/should I call and try to claim? I'm screwed if I go too long without a check! :\

Try again on Friday, but I think it might take a week. The agent who did mine said that we will be retroactively reimbursed for whatever we miss. We'll see.

I hear ya! The agent also told me that once I see the amount updated to try and claim. So I think there is a period in their system where it needs to update.

I'm gonna call after 8 to see if I may get lucky and process. Can't hurt I guess. I guess it's a good sign that my balance has been updated.

Absolutely! I was told that is the first step in the right direction! Good luck to you!

Someone posted this on Twitter:

Call the number again, (the one that no one can get through to 856 507 2340 thats the SJ #) follow the prompt to access the inquiry menu to get your claim info over the phone. If they say you have a balance certify on your makeup time or day. You should get through.

Thank you. I'm gonna try Friday which is the make up day for everyone. I tried to certify by phone and it said I will receive credit for this week in the future. Just stinks not getting a check this week. I know I'm not the only one in the same boat but stinks nonetheless...
