Forgive me if this should be asked elsewhere, but perhaps other readers and posters of the Unexplained Mysteries forum could benefit from my question.

Some topics fit here just fine, but some topics could also go into other forums.
If a poster want to get opinions from the whole community then posting to an alternate forum would do such- BUT....what if it's a topic that our UM forum regulars would like to participate in....how could we let them know?
Sure, could message people, but not everyone has extra time.
Could we be allowed to share a link somehow?
Maybe as a PS note at the bottom of a unrelated post (only ONCE so it is not 'spam') or maybe we could have a dedicated discussion where links are shared and collected in one place?

I know this is more up to our mod to decide, but perhaps there are others with ideas.
I'd like to be able to get my UM friends a heads up of other interesting discussions found outside of our little mystery area.

Good question! There's certainly no rules against linking to other threads/forums on this site, but I wouldn't want to open THIS forum and see nothing but a page full of threads linking to other forums, ya know?

And it wouldn't be a good idea to tack on a link in an unrelated post -- it's off-topic and likely wouldn't be seen by many other members.

I could see a single ongoing "Interesting threads in other forums" thread, where members could post those links.

Let's see what everyone else thinks.

I figured a dedicated discussion would be the best course of action, but it would be your call in the end and I did not want to assume anything.
For starters, when there becomes a dedicated discussion, CD has added a sub forum to religion, Paganism!
Yay!
