Hey — I am off a year! Ha well, that should let you know just how serious I am about this. People are already lining up to run and I’m already tired of it. And it has sort of been the rule for the whole time, it’s just when election stuff starts ramping up, people bring it into EVERYTHING.

So, things like “I saw a psychic and he predicted Calvin Coolidge is going to win!“ Will be deleted. Bringing up the fact that Zachary Taylor may have been murdered, perfectly fine. There will be a warning posted to it reminding you that this is not a political forum.

Understand, if you need to vent about things political, we have forums for that. And my husband was an extreme progressive liberal, so I totally get needing to vent about stuff.

You're not entirely wrong. The next Presidential election is in 2024, but candidates will start rising in 2023. We already have one rather orange-tinted candidate in the race. And did you know that some reptiles are orange? Coincidence? I think not!
