UK RELEASING UFO INFO? Are We Alone? (aliens)

I'm not from the UK ..but has anyone heard about this?

They are releasing all their info private and confidential information to anybody via the web and news.

This is crazy how almost every MAIN country is starting to release info about this subject. I still don't believe in ALIENS but I do believe we are not alone in this atmosphere and we do get visitors.
