Hi there,

I'm a jazz sax player considering about moving to England (I'm a EU citizen).
How is the jazz scene there ?
What is the best jazz town in the country ? London, Birmingham, ...
Do you have any suggestion ?

Thanks a lot, S.

Thanks for your replies
actually I've never been to UK, but my sister-in-law lives in Derby so I'm interested in England first
I know London is a good place for music but very expensive to live in
why not another place ?

Right now, I live in Tahiti with my family, and we're going to make the move next year
We are in our early 30's with 2 kids (6 & 3)
I'm OK for all your recommendations about UK (jazz/music, and living)
