this is the best i can do with the pics. if you didnt see the other thread then this will be a bit of explaning. that thread was sorta long so i wanted to make a new one.

i came u with a new idea, im not sure if its good. im not that good at explaining though. basicly i took the idea from a youtube video that a guy made shipping containers stacked on a 10 story rack. then you can move your house around to other places with a semi truck. i just made it into a big building and you get a outside area all around your house.

the new idea is have a elevated track that connects other buildings and theres a building just for buying new or used pad or renting a pad. then goes on the tracks to the bulding you live at. you still use the semi truck to move to another city.

theres so many houses in California that people only live in a few months a year and they fly there.
with this have a pool at the botom with a bar, take high speed rail there. it would be a better version of that. if you like the city.

the lower stories would be for people living and renting and the upper stories would be for hotel. the closer you are to ground would be better i think. unless theres a view.

i made this the other day

theres tiny houses that double in size with pop outs. then the structure would have to be made for those. that would make it more expencive.

edit: since the houses get narrower that would make the gap between the two stacks would be the same. it wouldnt be much wider. maybe some are regular and some are the pop put homes.

maybe each building is for how long you are there. one for many years and one for one year. maybe one for camper trailers/ tiny homes on wheels. a hotel one or homeless.

the circles are elevated rail that the robots roll on. in the center of the buildings are spiral stairs. you dont need elivators because theres 240 ground homes for people that are in wheel chairs and to get heavy stuff in your home you bring it down to the ground and load it in.

why does it say (houses, area, buildings, California) kinda weird

That's pretty much the garden city approach.

If we are to be conceptual, I think the linear city has more going for it. As has the city grid.

maybe one building has a spiral bike path, then the decks have bars so you dont have to worry about someone steeling the bike or having it take up space in your home

ive never seen a garden city but if its like this id rather the garden city then the regular city. but ive lived in the country half my life. it waists some land, but the land would have trees and be nice to relax at.
