Weather or not (garden, best time, place)

Would like opinions on the best time of the year, weather wise to visit Victoria.

june /july/august are nice and warm but not too warm cause of the ocean breezes, lots of sunshine it is almost perfect this time of the year

I went out to BC for a month in Feb. The weather was awesome. Spring had sprung and there were flowers blooming and grass growing everywhere. It was actually too warm for the olympics. It rained a bit but not a lot. I was gardening in my sisters garden in shorts and I was sweating. If you come from a cold snowy place like I do Feb. March are just fantastic in BC.
