This year the weather was perfect for the annual Kite Festival Teddy Bear Drop in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The Pacific Rim Kite Festival at Vanier Park in Kitsilano June 10-11, 2017 was organized by the British Columbia Kitefliers Association.
