If you were a student at UBC, would you prefer living on campus or close to downtown / Kitsilano area, especially considering you will be working part / full time and having classes at night (6:30 to 9:30 pm)? How is the commute from Kitsilano, Fairview or say, downtown West End to the UBC?

Hey guys, don't be shy and let me know what you think. I don't believe there are no students in Vancouver! Where do you all guys live? For example, you could tell me that living on campus is great because it has a nude beach.
