I haven't been up in a while, nursing a shoulder injury. Thinking about heading up this week.

How are the back roads looking in Windsor County? I looked on the local webcam and see that there was some snow over the weekend, but it's melted now.

I was hoping someone more local would respond to you...up here in Waterbury it hasn't been so bad because quite frankly, it hasn't been that warm- we've been refreezing almost every night and barely getting into the hight 30s/low 40s. I think our February mud season was far worse. Town also came by and graded our road last week, so while it's not perfect, it's pretty good for this time of year. Of course, the forecast for this coming weekend is looking pretty wet, so everything could change.

Well in Essex County my truck with 13" of ground clearance was bottoming out in the mud on my road and even with 4 wheel drive could barely avoid going off the side of the road. Of course that info. may not be useful in Windsor County.

Thanks! I am holding off for now, figure I will give it another week or so. There is one section of my road which is low and adjacent to a brook. It's usually pretty sloppy. I'm in no mood to find out how deep my vehicle can sink lol
