So first off I will say that my lanlord shows up whenever she feels like it and then seems annoyed if we are not home. Yesterday she came over and told my boyfriend that I said she could stop by anytime this weekend, no I said call us this weekend. Every problem that is wrong with this place she blames on on us or says that can't be possible I just spent x amonut of money on that before you moved in. So my biggest gripe right now is the bathroom, a fan that doesn't work tiles that won't stick to floor, its just gross no matter how much I clean it it looks dirty. So yesterday she says she will call her guy and give him a sheet of vinyl and molding that she has at her house. We tell her we will paint. We today we are getting the bathroom ready and I pull the plastic molding of next to the shower stall and the bottom of the drywall is so wet it breaks off you can also see a thick layer of blackmold. We have been suffering headaches and nausea since we moved in. I'm scared to call her.

You can also call the health inspector in the town you live in and he/she will come do an inspection and can force the landlord to make repairs if necessary.
