When you run into the Boss character BANE in Batman Arkham Asylum, boy is he a difficult fight! He was getting me stuck in this game and I felt like quitting it or finding a cheat to get by. I finally defeated him in normal difficulty, but that’s only because he beat me so many times when I played against him and my computer was running normally fast enough. Well, I logged into the game and my computer had an 8.22 gb load and 167 processes, so when I loaded up Batman and played against BANE everything was in slow motion! Because everything was slow motion, I had time to pull all the right moves and defeat BANE easily if I was careful enough! So that’s the trick! Slow down your computer to defeat Bane easily!

Funny thing was after defeating Bane going to the next scene you fight a group of thugs. Only one of them is unbeatable – every time you punch him or do combo moves or throw a batarang at him he blocks it. The only way to kill him is by using your spray explosives. Lay a trap of spray explosives on the ground and lure him to it. Blow him up and that how you advance to the next scene.

Here’s a BANE fight on Youtube:
