Anyone out there have experience with either system. Pros or cons, any input is appreciated.
I have around 80 classic NES games and just want to play them without fighting to get them to work in my original NES console.
I've priced the Retro 5 for around $150, and this new Retro USB AVS is available online for $185. The guys at my local Game Stop were not familiar with the new Retro USB AVS system when I inquired.
The new NES Mini is $60, but I have about 3/4 of the 30 games it comes with. The others I care nothing about. I just want to have fun with the library of games I already have.
Oh well.... I guess no one out there in CD video game land knows anything (or has any interest) in these two systems. I thought there might be a little spark considering the NES Mini just got released.
Anyway, I just bought the Retro USB AVS online and should have it in about 2 weeks or less. I'll post my opinion of it when I get going so others who may be interested can benefit. It is my Christmas gift to myself. I don't treat myself very often. Thought I'd change that just for once.....
I have recently discovered the super retro trio. It is also better than my retron.
