I'd like to get a game where you can use a gun to shoot things on the screen.
I'm trying to figure out if you have to buy the motion controller AND the gun is just a holder?
Then do you need the camera?
Which games work best with these things?
Not looking for FPS games with a lot of running around - more like target shooting or Duck Hunt-esque type stuff.
For PS4, not sure, but with PS3 you can find games that have "move" compatibility and implement an aftermarket gun that utilizes this. Indeed, the gun becomes the holder for the motion controller - and most of these games are first person shooters and not target shooters. I have both move and a gun accessory that I used for at least one game. It worked relatively well but, I don't know, it just never caught on for me. Haven't used it in years and the move and gun are somewhere stored away in my closet.
