You shouldn't say East Rockville as a generalization. One should most certainly avoid Lincoln Park (as small as it is), and also I would say Twinbrook is iffy. But the rest of Eastern Rockville especially outside the city limits, i.e. Manor Woods, Manor lake, and Flower Valley is very safe.

Can't go wrong with almost all areas west of 270. . .though that also means. . . $$$$$$
