Looking for a multicultural/ethnic charismatic church (college, live)

I'm looking for a multicultural/ethnic (international would be great) charismatic church, preferably non denominational, with a dynamic teaching pastor (bible based) and good praise & worship (preferably mostly gospel). Relaxed atmosphere with jeans or dress-up acceptable. Teaching primarily on faith, God's grace and love; not harping on the sins or lifestyles of others. Small to mid-size in Springfield/Alexandria area, but NOVA or DC would be okay... Silver Spring if I must. Tall order? Maybe, but I'm sure there's at least 1 out there. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance!

ahhhh...this is EXACTLY what im looking for..did you have any luck? i would really appreciate it..my church is like the church you described but im moving to D.C. in the fall for college and would love to find a church similar.
