D.C. is easily the most transplanted city on the face of the Earth, but I can't always tell where someone is exactly from. So I've made this poll to get an idea.
I'm not sure it's the most transplanted city on the face of the earth. Any city whose singular function is federal governance will have a lot of transplants. I wonder how DC compares to Dubai or Hong Kong in this regard.
