Any experiences with Seabrook, Skate Palace or the rink up in Laurel? I've been to Skateland Orchard in Towson and that was a blast.

The greatest skating rink in the DMV and by far the largest is now shutdown. Crystals Skate Palace was the largest and most popular skating rink in the DMV. There used to be over 1,000 people in that place. Those were the days.

My mistake. Crystal Skate Palace is now open again. It's called D'Light Skate N Palace off of Naylor Rd. in Temple Hills. I'm sure it's still packed all the time.

It is off of the green line somwhere. Across the street.

The good thing about that place is you will hardly ever see any of those tattooed roller derby wanna-be Bettie Pages in there.

laurel or crofton...dc in general doesn't have good skating rinks. most folks travel out to laurel or crofton or come up to bmore. much safer and better facilities.

So would you recommend Seabrook, Laurel, or Skateland Orchard in B-More? Which one has the biggest and nicest rink?
