This is something I thought others would find interesting because there is always a thread about "what can I afford near certain metro stops"
Foggy Bottom is the most expensive followed by DuPont Circle.
Interesting to me is the it's so expensive near the Anacostia Station. It's pretty much the same as Navy Yard.

Anyway, interesting stuff.

Interesting indeed. Currently apartment hunting and this seems to be pretty accurate.

There is a lot of new construction near Anacostia station that's why the rents are high there. Same thing will be happening with Minnesota ave but as far as other east of the river stations I don't see it anytime in the near future.

That is insane for Anacostia with or without new construction. I guess there is officially no rationality to rentals anymore in the district.

There hasn't been any rationale to the cost of housing in DC for quite sometime. The prices are clearly inflated and this map proves it. SMFH
