I know it's the day before, but just wondering... I want to go out tonight and tomorrow and dress up so I'm hoping I am not the only one.

I am headed to Fells Point, but all of U-street and Georgetown should be in costume..halloween rocks

Meh. I was going to cross-dress as Sarah Palin and hit up some of the gay clubs, but in the end I thought I'd try to be "neighborly" and pass out candies to the kiddos. I live in a community replete with children, and yet not one of their parents took even one of them around to trick-or-treat. What a waste of an otherwise promising Halloween (looks dejectedly at cute treat bags that will go to waste). Does Reston ever get any "better?" LOL!
