No you should presume that I am well educated, affluent and a white collar worker.

You do realize that DC is a national embarassment for a capital city, right?

High crime, horrible traffic, very little culture. It is Mickey Mouse compared to capitals like London or Paris. It has the lack of culture like Canberra or Ottawa does, yet those cities doen't have the crime or the high traffic or the outrageous cost of living.
