My husband currently got us an apartment in Washington. Him only being on the lease because he has good rental history. Me on the other hand.. I have bad rental history and can't get approved for a place because I owe on a property in a different state. Question is... if I live with him at this apartment, do I HAVE to be put on the lease or are there "roommate" options where they can add me without doing a rental history check?
