Temperatures are very similar to rural southern England, although this climate is wetter and sunnier. Anyway, E.

C. Winters while not really cold are still not warm enough. Summers are way too cool. Precipitation is alright.

Perhaps C-/D+ depending on the precip. threshold - if it's 1mm the count is very high, 0.2mm not quite so bad though still rather high.

Looks like a Southern Hemisphere version of Victoria, BC with wetter summers. I rate it a D. Nothing really about this climate gets me that excited
