Too cool for heat lovers, too warm for cold lovers, too wet for dry lovers, too dry for wet lovers, and annoyingly mild and moderated year round. Quite a boring place! How would you rate this place? (Although the erratic up and down average temperature fluctuations from month to month are something interesting... Not really though....)

I went with a C, but could have gone a low B as well. It looks a lot like La Paz, Bolivia except with higher overnight lows. I like boring sameness, just add about 15 degrees to the averages and it's perfect
