La Grande, Oregon - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Dalles, Oregon - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Astoria, Oregon - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Eugene, Oregon - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

La Grande looks the best out of these options.

Though none of these rate even a B-, I've got to admit three of them look like improved versions of BC's best climates.

Astoria - better version of Tofino/Ucluelet, west coast type of weather.

Eugene - better version of Vancouver and Straight Of Georgia type of weather.

The Dalles - better version of Okanagan valley and interior valleys type of weather.

I'll be nice to Oregon and just pretend La Grande's climate stats are malicious fiction.

Eugene would be my choice. It's the best compromise between coastal mildness and interior summers.

The Dalles by far. Anywhere that has a record high of 44C with averages in the 30's Celcius in the PNW is a goer. And its winters are warmer than the rest. Infact if I was in the PNW, I'd be very happy living here, coz everywhere else in the region is colder.

Eugene and Grande have arctic summer nights, so fail whale there, and Astoria is a maritime nightmare.

Intersting, the low temps in Roseburg month for month are the same as say, London and Plymouth, England. However, the high temps are warmer in every month. Roseburg has a real summer, am sure it is much sunnier and from the averages it is obviously much warmer than London.

You didn't include my favourite Oregon climate - Brookings,OR Brookings, Oregon - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

It has the mildest winters of any town or city in Oregon.
Based on the list you have there, I choose Astoria for mildest winters and warmest record lows.
