I don't like any of them. They're all way too warm and don't have nearly enough snow for my taste. However option "A" is the best of the bunch. For the record, I prefer March to average 30F for the high and 10-15F for the low, with at least 10 but less than 50 inches of snowfall.
Although some days get a bit warm for March, I chose A. Looks pleasant enough, and starts the transition from winter into the rest of the year quite well.
I see nobody has voted for B. (Deneb obviously hasn't been here yet :P ). That is definitely much too summer like for March!
A. It looks very interesting, with snow and t-storms. It could do with some more wintry days but I like the bursts of warmth and moderate humidity towards the end of the month.
B is what I want in the dog days of summers, not in March and C is a no-no.
