I'll go with Eureka, because it has more rain. Personally, ideal rainfall for me is 100-150 inches/year, but we're nowhere close. Temperatures are ideal.

Hills above both feature high rainfall. Close to 100 inches for Eureka, 250 inches near Victoria.
