Kind of ridiculous yes?

What would you rate it?

A B climate. Summers are very good. Winters are a bit snowy.

I'm not sure why you think it's the snowiest place on Earth though.

There are many alpine areas in Western North America that are way snowier than that place...

I rated it E

Snowfall is extremely high, I only like snowfall up to 100 inches (254 cm) a year, and that's still a very high amount.
And, summer temperatures are way too high for my liking. Precipitation patterns and quantity are very nice (except that amount of snow). I wouldn't like that much snow and that hot summers. Winter temperatures are pretty mild for me, but still, if there's that amount snow, I wouldn't like to go outside.

Here is a place which gets even more snow- a stunning 17.6 meters or 58 feet on average!

I would rate the other place a C-, since this is way too much snow than i like, plus i don't like the muggy summers.

F+ only for the pleasant autumns and springs.

I don't like snow, let alone that much. And the summers seem very humid.

Good climate, except for the summers. But it is far from being the snowiest place or the snowiest inhabited town in the world; it is even partially on the leeward side of the mountains in the area.

The snowpack is often still quite high at the beginning of April; then, after a rapid melting, it is usually completely gone by late April/early May.
