In your place's summer, what time feels the hottest? Note that it is not necessary the time when the high is achieved.

Highs are achieved at about 1 pm here, but 9-11 am feels the hottest. This is because the sky is still clear in the morning and starts to get cloudy in the noon so during noon, the sun is blocked. If the high is 33-35c, the temperature at 9-11 am is about 30-32c. The air isn't significantly hotter at noon, but the cloud cover makes it feel much cooler.

Temperature is as always, around 24-32c. It'll still rain occasionally but most of the days the sky will be clear, with puffy clouds. Gloomy overcast will not happen, unlike January.

Here's Surabaya's average for August
