Which climate do you prefer? Why?

Marseille - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Akureyri - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

My vote goes to Akureyri, because it's colder and cloudier.

Akureyi for being colder, snowier and cloudier.

Marseille. I like the cold, but Akureyri's climate is just too boring all year round
By April, I prefer the average temperature is above 50°F(10°C)

Marseille. No question.

Sunnier and warmer.

Marseille. The summer dryness is a little discouraging but at least it's warm. Akureyri is just too cold in summer although winters are very mild considering its latitude.

Marseille and it isn't even close.
In fact, if those Wikipedia numbers are accurate, there are very few places anywhere in Europe that are better.

Marseille's summers are hell! And there is no winter there. Too hot year round.

Akureyri has mild temperatures year round, I like that. It's a bit too cloudy, though (I like sunshine hours to be around 2000/2200), but I don't really care for that, as long as it has comfortable temperatures. Precipitation days are good (Marseille has too few), but they are light. Still, I'd be comfortable with those temperatures, so I don't mind the other things. AKUREYRI!

Marseille by far.

And am I imagining things or was there a duplicate of this thread posted several days prior to this one? I swear I opened a thread with the exact same climate battle and wording in the original post one day, and then several days later this one was posted.
