A warning of a possible extreme weather have been issued. Sustained winds from west up to 30 m/s or 108 km/h in the Troms/ Vesterålen and north to Hammerfest area, and with stronger wind gusts possible. It is 10 am. Right now, every reporting station in Texas (even McAllen) is colder than Livingston, Montana, where it is still only 9 am and 53 degrees..
