It got up to 6°C with brilliant sunshine today. It must have been more than 10°C in the sun. The ground is dry enough for dust clouds to form near roads. I don't remember a February this warm, it's flat out April. February 2008 averaged 1°C and broke most records, this one is probably warmer.
