I don't know how anyone can even dare go outside for anything other than the most basic necessities in this foul weather. I'm indoors with the heating on full blast every day recently but normally I love being outside, walking around the park. There's just no enjoyment in it when it's biting cold and rain every day for weeks.

I tried going for a walk with 4 layers on the other evening and even with my hat on I starting getting hypothermia, and my head was hurting so badly I literally jogged back to my flat, thought I was going to die.
