Lol snow in Kentucky before Thanksgiving is quite rare...I think you're pretty safe from that, although it will get even colder next week.

There was about a half inch in my yard on Tuesday morning, and it still has not completely melted away.

According to wunderground history today's high and low were 41/19. There are still some leaves but yeah pretty much, check here during the daytime you can actually see it on the live cameras.
