I give it an A. It looks like it has high sunshine hours (it is so dry) with freezing winters and in July and August the days are hot but not too hot. In fact it would be exceptionally rare for me to complain about the heat soon as the record high is 32°C in July but then only 25-26°C in June and August.

I give it a solid A- as the summers aren't quite as hot as I would like them to be. Though it looks pretty nice overall. The winter highs are similar to two places I am familiar with, though the lows in this climate in the winter are actually much lower.
