Ooh tough one, Bergen is pretty terrible, but Manaus has no month that offers relief from the heat and humidity. I love hot humid weather, just not for 365 days a year.
For this climate battle I'm going to pick Manaus. While Bergen has a few aspects I like, it's just too cold and wet year round. Manaus isn't the best either due to no cooler season but better than Bergen.
I was in Manaus for a week. It was about 80F and humid, then cooler in the evening. I wore shorts and a T Shirt every day, but the locals kept saying how cold it was...haha.

That's the type of weather I want in the summer. Not the cold crap Bergen gets in its "summer".
