Would love to experience a Milwaukee summer; it's not much cooler than here, but being heat intolerant I'll take any cooler summer I can. It would be really cool to experience a hot morning cool off by the afternoon from winds coming off the lake!

I think so. It has a specific name, but I forgot what it was. Occasionally in late spring places right by the lake in Milwaukee-Chicago get northeastern breezes from the lake that drop the temperature drastically. I think the 41F recorded in June came from the breeze, but it might not be that drastic.
