Very rare. Only occurred a handful of times so not likely this year.

We had our first 20C low last Thursday night I think. It got up to 30C and was still 25C around 10-11 pm.

Daytime temperatures are hot here in the summer (28ºC-34ºC) but the aridity cools things down.
We only see lows of 20ºC when it's in the high 30's or low 40's
