C- or D+

Good summers but still to dry.

Winters are horrible though.

BTW, this place is essentially London's climate with five degrees added.

C. Temperatures and rainfall are good but needs WAY more sunshine. Looks like it belongs in the South of France.

D-

Awful sunshine hours and winters too cool. Nice summers btw.

I would be forgiving if the sunshine hours were higher.

Would you say it's subtropical or would you say it's oceanic?

This place has no seasons. D+

I much prefer the Upper Midwest's winters. Forty-below windchills aren't pleasant, but I'd take a winter with snow enough to ski in, any day over a dark drizzly chill like what's listed here; dramatic and interesting sets life to a much better rhythm. Also, the precipitation is lowish, but what about humidity? Maritime vs. inland makes a huge difference humidity-wise, since inland areas can get actual dry winds blowing. I can't abide by humid, least of all during an 80-degree summer like that one there.
