They seem equally likely/unlikely but I went with London. GO LONDON!

It reached 38 °C in the 2003 European Heat Wave in London, so the first one might be more likely.

40 °F in Nevada is still likely, though.

I say Vegas. Even though both are about 5C apart from the theoretical threshold for June, arrid continental Vegas is probably more exposed to extremes than oceanic London

40F night time low in Vegas.

Some nights can get pretty chilly in the desert with huge diurnal range not uncommon.
If it was about May it would be a no brainer.

40F in Vegas, considering the record low in May is 38F.

First time ever AdriannaSmiling has posted a poll with atleast one variable that is actually possible.

Right but that was at the beginning of the month on 1942-05-03. Lowest temp in the second half of the month (17 to 31) is 42F on 1975-05-21: National Weather Service - NWS Las Vegas

I would say Las Vegas because it's dry there, which lends itself to overnight temp drops.

I'd say 40 in las vegas, and it would be in the 80s by the afternoon.

40C is still 4.4C off the record for June in London, so I would go with Vegas. In July, 40C in London would be more likely.
