In order:

Denver - Maybe slightly too hot in the day and slightly too cool at night, but nice and sunny and not too wet
NYC - Nice temperatures but too wet and not sunny enough for me
Krakow - Not too bad, but would like more sun and warmth.. pretty much the same as July where I live
Manchester - Pretty bad.. not much warmth, too cloudy

1) Kraków. Moderate with reasonable sun, and at least a chance of 90F to mix it up
2) Denver. Cools well at night and perhaps a bit dry
3) NYC. Similar to DC but with a larger UHI
4) Manchester. Is that summer?

Denver for me. Has the most storms, hot in the day, not too warm at night.

In order:

Denver- I don't like change, and Denver is most like where I live, so it's the one I prefer the most.
New York- Don't dig the humidity and rain too much in the summer but I can live
Krakow- Summers are nice, but a little too rainy.
Manchester- A crappier version of Vancouver. More rain, cooler and cloudier. No thanks.

Hard choice between Denver and NYC. Thunderstorms are usually my #1 priority but I hate the dry heat of Colorado.

Krakow for being the mildest of the four.

London's one is too cool and the others too humid and hot.

Denver, then NYC, then Krakow, then Manchester.

This is my 1,000th post on the weather forum, IIRC.
