Sometimes I hate the sun . It's been another long, hot sunny summer day The thunderstorms didn't even make an attempt to form...what happened to the wet season?
Same here its arid too... last 2 weeks only 1 day with noticeable rain!!, And mild wildfire haze... + hotter lows, like 25-26C!!! Higher dewpoints (but almost no precip)
That would be an awesome day out. Such a great collection of aircraft!
Also, I see there's a Hawker Hurricane. I've done structural work on one for the historic flight at Yeovilton!
Yeah, and several unique ones, like German and Japanese "special" aircraft like the Arado 234.
Done with work for the day and the long weekend is ahead of me. Working on my first Heresy Imperial Stout (8% ABV)--it's very tasty! Great feeling. And it's nice and cloudy today. Good weather in general, and good for my particular drink of choice this afternoon.
Ended up having four of these. And I feel just fine this morning.

Oh, right, a fun fact I have to tell: there is at least one account where a Finnish Hurricane encountered a Soviet lend-lease Hurricane in combat. One of the very few examples where two aircraft of the same model met from opposite sides and neither plane was captured.
