Both are on the same latitude (25°), but differing hemispheres obviously. Which do you prefer?

Hervey Bay is much better than Miami. Pretty hard to beat coastal Queensland...

I choose Hervey Bay, humidity is not as high as in Miami and there is also lesser rainfall during the wet season. And it still gets some spectecular storms i guess. BTW whats the sunshine hours like in Hervey Bay?

Pretty close, both have the same record low. Both beautiful areas that are warm year round. Gonna take Miami by a smidge.

Harvey Bay, still gets lotsa thunderstorms but looks like it feels less humid than Miami in summer. Also has close to ideal winters.
