Can you describe what's going on in the Philly region with this map?

http://www.instantweathermaps.com/GF...RATEI&hour=054
From What I'm getting at, it looks like 12 inches for Philly? Sorry, I'm trying to learn how to keep up with all the weather model data.

That is showing snow rates. Looks like for that frame Tuesday 1am snow rates for Philly is about an inch per hour.which implys 11pm to 1am heavy snowfall. Map I posted shows the snow totals.

And always remember...its just a model output that may or may not verify. Its a possibility not a forecast

Yeah, well, I guess posting the Euro is pointless. This is a MECS (Major East Coast Storm). I mean Euro shows this liquid amount with temps in the 20s for everyone listed here..

Danbury: 2.61"
Islip: 2.43"
Providence: 2.40"
NYC: 2.20"
Boston: 1.91"
Philly: 1.57"
Windsor Locks: 1.46"
Baltimore: 0.78"

Temps aloft crashing to teens during the storm as the storm generates its own cold air!

Watch Someone get 3 feet locally out of this one. Supermarkets will be jammed today. I'll go get a few things myself. Hope there's not too many power outages.

Oh.... Euro shows another snowstorm on Friday (smaller one).
