Another NorEaster in the works! Latest Euro goes Bonkers. Gives NYC 2.20" qpf with temps in the 20s at the surface. Do the math. 12:1 ratios. 12 x qpf amount.

I knew we wouldn't make it through the winter completely unscathed.
