If the source from wikipedia is credible that 1601 hour figure for AMS is the 1981-2010 mean.

London. It is the warmest, and I don't think the extra sun of Amsterdam and Brussels would be enough to compensate. Amsterdam does stay warm for longer though. Dublin gets a lot of rain days, which isn't good.

NW Europe sure is cloudy.

I'll have to go with London... it has about the same mildness in winter as Dublin but summers are far superior The others are colder in winter.

London is actually the sunniest of the lot based on 1981-2010 averages, as well as being the warmest and driest.

Dublin gets 128 days of rain over 1mm, and 185 over 0.2mm.
Brussels gets 134 days over 1mm.
Amsterdam gets 185 days over 0.1mm, not sure how many >1mm.
London gets 106 days over 1mm and 145 days with 0.1mm or more.
